Everything was well explained and shown the sample by Suki at the C180 showroom. She also take the trouble to shoot video of the different material and color of the curtain and communicate through WhatsApp, as I am staying quite a distance from the show unit. The team even share a reminder of the installation a few days before 👍🏽 Hopefully the curtain can last.

Extremely disappointing experience with this supplier.

I ordered motorised roller blinds for my client and had already provided the measurements to the salesperson, Suki, one week before the Chinese New Year holidays to get a cost estimate. Everything seemed fine at first. However, when she later came to the office to take the “actual” measurements, the price suddenly increased by about RM1,000, supposedly because of the Chinese New Year period. This was never mentioned earlier and felt very unprofessional.

The biggest issue came after installation. The blinds looked poorly fitted and not presentable because the measurements were taken incorrectly by their own salesperson. When we requested them to fix the issue, we were surprisingly asked to pay extra to correct their mistake.

As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to be charged more because of someone else’s measurement error. Basic things like proper measurement should be the responsibility of the supplier.

Poor workmanship, poor accountability, and unexpected price changes. Definitely not the kind of service you would expect from a professional supplier.

This is my first and definitely the last time dealing with them. I would not recommend this company.

Happy customer here. I searched online for curtain, but other companies either sent me a link or wanted a long appointment just to measure. Max from 10Feet stood out because he answered all my questions on the very first call and his suggestions was very helpful. We met only once at C180 shop to choose colors, but he insisted on coming to my house to take measurements himself. The installation was very efficient-done in just over an hour, A big thank you to the whole team: the showroom (Americano reception was lovely), the Sales and the Support/Delivery team. Everyone did a wonderful job! Mostly importantly, the price is right and the end product is amazingly straight and good :-)
